2021 Chardonnay

Pear and melon notes emanate from this lightly oaked Chardonnay. This medium bodied wine has flavors of almond crème and butter scotch. The limited use of new oak and moderate barrel aging respects the fruit and adds texture and subtle complexities.

Cooperage:  Aged 9 months in French oak puncheons and barriques (20% new oak).  Barrels were aged on yeast lees and hand stirred monthly.
