This Brut has classic aromas of green apple and pear accented with notes of rising bread dough. The stream of small bubbles accentuates the fresh fruit, floral and toasty aromas of the wine. With almost 4 years of tirage aging, this cuvee has great depth of flavor and a creamy texture
