Tasting notes
This surprisingly complex Pinot Grigio presents balanced acidity and hints of minerality and toastiness mid palate. Lush and supple flavors of honeydew melon and golden pear are backed with notes of chamomile and wet stone. Partial fermentation and aging in a concrete egg imparts a round texture and establishes a lingering chalkiness.
